Thanks for reaching out, @kri-kan. To confirm, are you testing the feature in an add-in with a unified manifest for Microsoft 365 or an add-in only manifest (XML)? Additionally, on which platforms are you testing your add-in?

I'm using unified manifest json 1.17 and windows desktop outlook new for testing this.

Thanks, @kri-kan. Please note that the no item context feature isn't supported in Outlook on web or new Outlook on Windows because add-ins in read mode don't appear in the ribbon (see Feature support in Outlook on the web and new Outlook on Windows). You can only implement this feature in classic Outlook on Windows.

If you have a particular use case and would like to see the feature supported in Outlook on the web and new Outlook on Windows, I recommend submitting a feature request on the Microsoft 365 Developer Platform Ideas Forum (requires a user account).
