Warn that <DisplayName> should be no more than 30 characters because it will become the "name.short" in unified manifest, which will be used in some contexts where there's little space. (It will also be used, untruncated as the "name.long" where the limit is 100.) Same point about <Description> where the limit is 250 for "description.short". But 4000 for "description.long".
