LATIUM v0.0.3

This stable Windows x64 release fixes the self-update installation handoff.

Allows Setup to close lingering LATIUM processes that still hold installed files.
Waits for the installer to finish and records an installation log and exit code in %TEMP%.
Relaunches LATIUM after both successful and failed installation attempts, avoiding the previous silent disappearance.
Retains the architecture- and channel-aware updater introduced in v0.0.2.

This package is currently unsigned. Windows may display an unknown-publisher warning.

Experimental platform demo assets

The following assets are provided for release-channel and download testing and are not advertised through version.json.

LATIUM-Setup-github-macos-arm64-v0.0.3.zip and LATIUM-Setup-website-macos-arm64-v0.0.3.zip are identical macOS ARM64 demo/testing packages copied from the supplied v0.0.3 bundle.
LATIUM-Setup-github-linux-x64-v0.0.3.tar.gz and LATIUM-Setup-website-linux-x64-v0.0.3.tar.gz are non-runnable Linux x64 placeholders. They contain no LATIUM application; the included install.sh prints a warning and exits with status 1.

The production updater manifest remains Windows x64-only.
