Features

• Rename open Tasks directly from navigation and reset them to the latest automatic Agent title at any time. Renames also update existing VS Code editor tabs without reopening them.
• Choose any Project, root, or worktree in a multi-root VS Code window when starting a New Task, with retained last-used context and editor-native picker placement.
• Show semantic Read, List, Search, and Skill titles for conservatively classified safe commands while preserving the full original command and output in expandable details.

Reliability

• Keep newly created empty Agent sessions alive until their first prompt completes, so a long-lived Prepared Task can still accept its first message.
• Present stable recovery language in Chat while retaining raw Agent and runtime errors only in diagnostics.

Bug Fixes

• Prevent New worktree creation from briefly showing a false branch collision or misleading lock-contention message while the operation starts.
