Issue #7 "enhancement: window stay on top option" - a checkbox has been added to make the window stay on top of others
Issue #8 "Borked output when comparing PAKs" - changes the handling for comparing composite differences (note: from now on in new OpenCAGE versions, composites will be renamed from all caps uppercase to regular uppercase. To prevent these differences to show up, a change in AIPAKFileDifferentiation was needed)
