Baa Developer Kit 0.6.0 (unsigned pre-release)

Pre-release: the installers are not Authenticode-signed, so Windows SmartScreen will warn on first run. Signing is the remaining gate before a stable 0.6.0.

Offline Windows x64 installer for the Baa toolchain, part of the coordinated Eco eco-2026.10.0 combination.

Built and verified by CI run 37769971047 on a fresh windows-latest runner:

• isolated per-user install, repair, runtime (Baa + Nazm + Takween build and run of an Arabic project from a long Arabic path), Qalam window, and uninstall;
• all-users Program Files install with machine PATH, and its uninstall.
