v0.1.17

Release v0.1.17: Notes sync hardening, mobile/editor polish, and the updated Notes app icon. Mobile APK hotfix: fixes Android adaptive launcher icon resource fallback, keeps the launcher icon dark with the notes mark, and uses Android visual keyboard insets so the title/toolbar stay fixed while the keyboard is open and bottom editor text remains scrollable above the keyboard.
