Changes:

• Normalize mistaken asset/model_info/.mi paths to asset/common/model_info/.mi during import.
• Migrate already-imported mods with the old asset/model_info path on load.
• Restore modified-file detection to the real model info install path.
• Add regression coverage for import normalization and legacy state migration.
