Patch release for the crates.io install path.

• bootstrap a Ghostty runtime bundle on first launch for registry installs
• prevent Ghostty native startup failures from crashing the whole app by self-probing in a child process
• keep the bridge build on the conservative Zig configuration that launches reliably
