Upgrade notes

• Status pages: the link to manage a subscription now carries the subscription's own token. Manage links in messages sent before this release open a page that says the link has expired, with Get a new link. SMS from public status pages now carry the unsubscribe link, about 57 characters longer, so some texts take one more SMS segment. API callers of get-subscription and update-subscription must pass the subscription's token. See Subscribers.
