Lothal 0.3.0

The first open-source release of Lothal (GPL-3.0-or-later).

• Builds for Windows, macOS and Linux.
• No sign-in or activation any more.
• Fixed: the pack current label showed 113 A on Windows instead of 112 A.

These builds aren't code-signed yet.

• Windows: when SmartScreen warns, click More info → Run anyway.
• macOS: after the first blocked launch, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
