MCP Server for Joomla v1.4.2

• Fixed a PHP parse error in the packaged vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php (line 531).
• The build now runs php -l over every packaged PHP file after the JED-prep rewrites, so a corrupted vendor file fails the build.
• Increased bearer token field size for longer token support.
