Publish the BlackComms terminal messaging client

Introduce BlackComms, a full-screen Bash messaging client for Linux and WSL.

Features include:
- End-to-end encrypted direct messages, group chats, and file attachments.
- Conversation history synchronized through a central SSH/SFTP relay.
- Account registration, profiles, privacy controls, and user reporting.
- INI-based configuration, installation and uninstall scripts.
- Production client updates through GitHub releases.
- A minimal terminal interface with neon-pink banners and boxed menus.

This repository contains the public client. The server and relay implementation remain privately maintained.
