What's new in 1.6.4

• Improved Windows updates so the factory sounds folder is updated file-by-file instead of being deleted and replaced as one folder. This should make updates less fragile in cloud-synced folders where OneDrive or another sync client may briefly lock the folder.

Note: if an existing install is already failing while updating from an older updater, one manual extract-over-the-top or briefly pausing the sync client may still be needed once to get onto this fixed updater.
