Sensor Readout 6.3.0

• Added: Sensor Readout now includes a signed, unattended install and upgrade path for Windows package managers. This prepares a WinGet community listing that installs for the current user, creates Start menu and desktop shortcuts on first install, and preserves existing settings and user data during upgrades. Windows requests administrator permission because Sensor Readout needs elevated hardware access.
• Improved: Package-manager removal can now run without prompts while preserving Config, Logs, and Reports. Installed copies also repair a missing Start menu shortcut without rewriting it on every launch.
• Fixed: Signed updates now retain user-created language files in the active Langs folder without creating repeated backups. Edited bundled translations are still backed up before receiving the current shipped version.
