⚠️ Superseded by v2.8.1 — update. This build accidentally carried half of an in-flight migration: attestation-chain recording is BROKEN on v2.8.0 (every paper fill silently fails to append to the local tamper-evidence chain; wallet, balances and P&L are unaffected). The zip stays up unmodified — releases here are immutable and hash-verified — but do not trade on it.

What v2.8.0 introduced (all carried forward into v2.8.1):

• Fresh launches are snipeable (F-34): armed buys fire seconds after a pump.fun launch — the bonding curve is read directly on chain, and MCap-mode charts can price pump coins.
• Rug guard, on by default: when chain state says the float sits in a handful of wallets, a paper buy is refused with a RUG WARNING naming the number; sells are never blocked.
• Turbo receipts card (unmentioned here at publish time): warm vs cold open counts, median routing latency, per-site main-thread stalls — local-only, never sent anywhere.
