Two-minute setup. A first-run guide finds your agent CLIs, connects them, puts relay on your PATH and downloads the voice model.

Also: Grok hooks now work on Windows (PowerShell-safe command), model names and timers on every agent, a level meter while you talk, and a UI polish pass.
