3.2.3 — the keyboard fix

Follows 3.2.1/3.2.2, which fixed the modal layout on mobile but not the keyboard itself.

• The modal now shrinks when the keyboard opens, using dynamic viewport height rather than a measured one.
• The keyboard can be dismissed. Tap anywhere on the dialog that isn't a field or a button. On iOS there was previously no way to close it at all without abandoning the dialog.
• The action buttons no longer sit on an opaque panel, and wrap instead of running off the edge of the screen.
