Fixes the collapsed dialog that 3.2.3 and 3.2.4 still showed on iOS when a field was tapped.

Obsidian sets both height and max-height on its modals; we had been overriding only one, so the two fought and the content lost. Both are set now, and two rules of mine that were making it worse — a min-height 'floor' and a sticky footer — are gone.

If you are on 3.2.3 or 3.2.4 on a phone, update: their dialogs break as soon as you tap a field.
