Relation notes and placed Pins save again.

Saving a Relation note, or a Pin that points at an element, was refused by the server in 3.3.0 and earlier 3.x releases ("Unknown field"). Two causes, both in how the plugin shaped the request: a relations property the standard no longer has was written into every Relation note and sent with each save, and a Pin's element_id was renamed on the way out. Both fixed; an old note still carrying relations: [] is simply ignored on save.

Update, then save the note again. Nothing in your vault changes.
