Three notices set right, found by walking the journey's Obsidian chapter end to end in a real vault on 3.5.1.

Fixed

• A fresh vault's first download no longer says "N elements deleted on the server — their notes were kept" when it has no notes to keep. The first download walks the world's whole history and meets every element the world ever deleted; the notice now counts only deletes that left a note of their own in this vault. A link to a deleted element in some note's properties is not a kept note.
• The once-per-vault Bases notice comes after "Successfully downloaded world", not before it.
• In Create Element, pressing Enter in the Category box completes the category and moves to the name box without a stray "Please enter an element name"; Enter on an empty name box does nothing. The CREATE button still says why an empty name is refused.

Nothing else changed. Walked on a fresh vault before the tag (both paths pass); 502 tests.
