• changes() and changesAll() hand back every cursor as a string, as OwChangesPage.cursor has
  always said. keel sends the cursor of a page at the head of the feed (an empty page, for any key but
  a guest's) as a number, and it passed through as one: a walk of an up-to-date world returned
  { cursor: 818 }, so a cursor stored and compared as a string could miss. changesHead() already
  did this. Found on production with a demo key.
