Fixed

  • An agent: true client's file uploads now declare it: createFileTicket (and so uploadFile) sends
    X-OW-Agent, the one files route keel's document lists it on (keel PR 95), so the file reads
    added_by.agent: true. The other files routes and the upload host get no such header.
