  Two generated values move: ELEMENT_ICONS.zone architecture → pentagon,
  ELEMENT_ICONS.marker location_on → polyline (Material Symbols names; Marker no longer
  shares the pin glyph). No field, type or FIELD_SCHEMA entry changed. The vendored tree grows
  from 31 to 69 files (dist.19 adds schema.json and an example world); 69/69 hashed against
  the pinned manifest.
• AGENTS.md re-read against the new pin (its gate fired on the repin, as designed); its
  wire facts hold, its "Current as of" line moves.
