Parsing. Guidance on sources that are not one author's canon (copyrighted material, mixed history and fiction), where a world's rules file lives, and the folder check to run before an import.

Modeling. Two rulings: an organized body that acts is an Institution and the framework it acts under is a Construct; systemic violence is a Phenomenon. Conventions for routes of pins, deaths after the world's present, and dates finer than the world's time unit.

Council. The skill runs on the live Council routes, with the four priced acts; the day's spending resets at midnight and the rating stays.

Agents. An AI agent sends one header, X-OW-Agent: 1, on every write, so the world records its changes as agent-made; the SDKs carry it as one setting. An agent seat made on the world page, and the .env names it writes (OW_API_KEY, OW_API_PIN, OW_WORLD), are what the skills read first; the older names still work. A member of a world writes with their own account PIN.
