Reduce GitHub Actions checkout fetch-depth from 0 to 20 to speed up workflow runs while retaining enough commit history for release analysis. This narrows the clone history to recent commits, improving performance and bandwidth usage without breaking the release job's ability to examine recent commit metadata.
