Still in dev, not rigorously tested.

Fix: couldn't bind shift/alt/ctrl (the modifiers) as single key binding.

Known bugs:

F11(toggle full screen) and F2(take screenshot) will still take effect when GuiKeyBindingEdit selecting a key binding button.
