Honestly its just a compromise

I hate to say this but: im literally using start11 because it has acrylic blur as a replacement for aero blur

I know its not the same but its still blur, better than just transparency. I miss the customization of Open Shell,
but Start11 supports acrylic blur.

Maybe look into how MicaForEveryone/ TranslucentTB/ even start11 does their blur for an idea?
