Custom taskbar texture is not showing

Describe the bug

When I set taskbar texture to Windows Vista texture, then it not show up.

To reproduce

1. Open Open-Shell settings,
2. Go to “Taskbar”,
3. Set “Taskbar texture”,
4. It will not show up.

Expected behavior

The taskbar texture should show up.

Open-Shell version

v4.4.191

Windows version

Windows 11 23H2 64-bit (Build 22631.2338)

I forgot to mention, that this issue is NOT duplicate of #803

Taskbar customizations don't work since Windows 11 22H2. It is because new taskbar uses XAML framework and we cannot customize that.
