Right click on start button does not have Open Sheel options available

Describe the bug

Can't open the Open Shell settings dialog. It is not listed in the context menu fro the start button. 4.4.191 works ok.

Right click on start button.

Expected behavior

It should allow you to get to the Open Shell settings

That is standard windows start context menu.

Most likely you have Right click opens Win+X menu option enabled.
You can disable that.

Or use Shift + right click on start button to invoke Open-Shell's menu.
