Can't drag and drop

Describe the bug

I just upgraded my PC from Win 10 Pro to Win 11 Pro 24H2, and after reinstalling Open Shell Menu, I cannot drag and drop items into the Start Menu. I was always able to do that before the upgrade. Yes, I have "Drag and Drop Enabled" checked in the "General Behavior" tab.

I noticed the same after upgrading from Win10 to 11 yesterday. For now a workaround to adding shortcuts is to directly place them into %AppData%\OpenShell\Pinned

The workaround I've used is to right-click the shortcut or app and select "Pin to Start". From there I can move the shortcut to the desired location within the Start Menu.
