Silent Installation Failure

Silent installation does not work. Or for that matter, any paramters as specified in the help screen

To reproduce

1. Execute "OpenShell.exe /qn ADDLOCAL=StartMenu"
2. Observe that nothing happens.

Expected behavior

It should install.

You need to run installer as elevated admin (from admin console) when installing silently.
Installer needs to elevate (as it is installing per-machine) and it cannot do that when all user interactions are disabled.
