[Win11] Can't change taskbar color

Describe the bug

[Win11] Can't change taskbar color to black to match my solid black desktop background.

Area of issue

Taskbar

To reproduce

1. Go to Open-Shell settings
2. Click 'Taskbar'
3. Set 'Taskbar Color' to any color
4. Click 'Ok'
5. No change observed

Expected behavior

Taskbar color changes to the color specified, works flawlessly on Win10.

Open-Shell version

4.4.196

Windows version

Windows 11 25H2

Describe the bug

[Win11] Can't change taskbar color to black to match my solid black desktop background.

I’m on windows 24H2 so its quite possible MS have broken this but this is what I do to color the taskbar

right click on the start icon and go to settings and Menu Look, scroll to the bottom and select

Enable menu glass

set Glass opacity to 100

Override glass color and click on Menu glass color, this should open a color picker and drag the arrow to the bottom.

Thanks, it works on menu and I didn't know this function but taskbar would still be cool to have in black.

check out Settings > Taskbar tab

Taskbar look = Opaque
Taskbar color (again this will open a color picker )
Taskbar text color as above and choose white
