Right click on recent file: menu freezes

Describe the bug

Hi

reproduce bug:

1. press windows icon
2. select recent elements on the menu
3. right click a file
4. press open file location unfolded menus stay hanging for app 20 seconds

Expected behavior

open-shell windows should close imemdiately when open file location was pressed

I have same issue task bar crash and auto restart taskbar and also think explorer.exe restart it self!
