Trying to add a custom start menu icon doesn't work. #2364

Describe the bug

When I try to open the file explorer in the settings to add a custom icon for my start menu, it does nothing.

Area of issue

Taskbar

To reproduce

  1. Go to Open-Shell Menu Settings
  2. Select Custom for Replacing the Start button
  3. Click on Pick image...
  4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Windows Explorer is supposed to open to let me select my custom icon.
