Cant open the menu settings

Describe the bug

I can't open the settings of Open Shell. When I click Open-Shell updates, it opens. When I click Classic Explorer settings, that works, but the Menu settings dont open at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but that doesn't work.

Open basic menu
Click on Open-Shell menu settings
Nothing happens

Expected behavior

I would expect it to open so I can edit it. I used to be able to, but it randomly stopped working and won't work anymore.

In that case shift+right click on start button should show Open-Shell context menu, like:

Can you provide export of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OpenShell key?

And export of Open-Shell settings obtained via
"C:\Program Files\Open-Shell\StartMenu.exe" -backup %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\config.xml
(it should create file config.xml on your desktop)
