Model snapshot and evaluation plan version 2.2

This release contains:

• the PK-Sim snapshot (*.json) file of the PBPK model (what is a "PK-Sim snapshot")
• static content (e.g. text blocks, *.md files) as inputs for an evaluation plan
• the evaluation plan (evaluation-plan.json) to create an evaluation report using the snapshot and static text blocks to display the performance of the model

What's Changed

Model / snapshot updates (Verapamil-Model.json)

• Snapshot version bump: Version updated 79 → 80
• Simulation schedule adjustments
  • Several “Start time” values adjusted (e.g., some 12 h → 0 h, and others 0 h → 48 h) indicating updated timing of simulation segments/outputs.
• Observed dataset naming / mapping normalization
  • Normalization of study naming (e.g., Härtter → Haertter in mapping paths) to ensure consistent referencing.
• Axis metadata improvements
  • Added missing Dimension: "Dimensionless" in several places for secondary axes (Y2), improving schema completeness/compatibility.

Documentation / evaluation content updates

• Enterohepatic circulation (EHC) assumption documented
  • Added an “Individual” subsection and a parameter entry for EHC continuous fraction = 1 in:
    • Evaluation/Input/Content/Section2.2_Data.md
    • Evaluation/Input/Content/Section2.3_Model_Parameters_and_Assumptions.md
  • Updated assumptions text to explicitly state:
    • “For biliary excretion, an EHC continuous fraction of 1 was assumed.”
