Summary

refresh the platform manifest from current published artifacts
move the Capture component from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2
keep every other component entry unchanged

Verification

offline and live manifest validation
12 focused tests
Ruff and diff checks

The public website version sync is tracked separately.
