Why
Post-merge exact-main verification for #56 exposed the one push-only path PR checks cannot exercise:
peter-evans/repository-dispatchv4.0.1 failed before dispatch withRequest body length does not match content-length header.Change
Pin only the docs notification job back to the last exact SHA proven on main (v3). Keep every other reviewed Actions update from #56.
