docs: vision-forward README opening (any repeated GUI task, once) - #138

Lift the intro paragraph to the vision framing: show OpenAdapt any repeated GUI task (browser, native desktop, Citrix/virtual desktop), demonstrated once, and it compiles into a governed, deterministic program that replays exactly at zero model cost on a healthy run and halts instead of guessing. Opening only; the Status section and machine-checked claims registry remain the factual anchor untouched. Gates: scripts/check_consistency.py and scripts/validate_claims.py --check both pass.
