Pin OpenAdaptAI/.github 3420737 production-workflow-admissions.json. The public projection lists seven remote-safe-synthetic rows at bundle_version 0.0.0-synthetic. Digest drift refuses. Rows come from the pinned ledger; nothing is invented. That isn't a customer workflow. Keep the seven-target release ledger. Keep two-mode click copy.

The release ledger is still sevenqualification-releaserows.This change pins that exact file and publishes
docs/production-workflow-admissions.json. The renderer hashes the pinned bytes and the referenced objects. Digest drift refuses. The rows are the ledger's rows; nothing is invented.A Production run still needs the exact workflow admission. Those seven rows aren't a customer workflow.
The seven-target release projection is unchanged. Two-mode click copy stays.
