License-file hygiene: openadapt-web (public marketing site) carried no LICENSE. Add the canonical MIT LICENSE for the source code, a NOTICE clarifying that the OpenAdapt brand/marketing copy/media are copyright-reserved (only synthetic reference media may ship), and a CONTRIBUTING.md with DCO sign-off + CLA pointer.
