The scheduled Published-version-claims check on main has been red since 2026-08-10 (flow 1.31.0 shipped without the manifest refresh). Rebuilds the release records from PyPI digests and tag commits; re-acknowledges the frozen headline-benchmark lag (76 -> 77), review_by unchanged.
