What changed
The MockMed comparison showed 24 model calls per baseline agent run. The retained source does not support that number. All 20 baseline rows contain 13 calls. The separate theme-drift run contains 24.
This PR changes the baseline value to 13, records the theme-drift value as a separate single-run result, and pins the raw-results links to the measured commit. It also records the source Git blob and SHA-256 digest. A data-contract test keeps those values and sources linked.
It doesn't change the OpenEMR figures or any benchmark caveat.
