docs(agents): forbid AI coding agents from authoring GitHub content#157
Merged
Conversation
Add a non-negotiable rule to AGENT.md (Hard Rules + Critical Rules) and INSTRUCTIONS.md (Hard Rules + Writing Rules) stating that issues, PRs, commits, and release notes must be authored by a human, not composed by an AI coding agent. An agent may only run gh to submit text a human has explicitly provided. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Remove agent-name lists and gh-submission clauses; keep the rule minimal and unambiguous. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Adds a non-negotiable rule to the contributor guidelines: GitHub content (issues, PRs, commits, release notes) must be authored by a human, not composed by a coding agent.
Changes
AGENT.md: added rule Ollama: add support forollama runinteractive sessions #9 to Hard Rules and rule ci: replace issue-claim with github-script version (/claim, /assign, /release) #8 to Critical Rules.INSTRUCTIONS.md: added the rule to §4 Hard Rules and a new Authorship subsection under §11 Writing Rules.Motivation
Keeps issue/PR/commit authorship accountable and avoids agent-generated noise. Coding agents remain permitted only to execute
ghcommands that submit content a human has already written.
