Backend v5.7.5

Docker image (multi-arch, amd64 + arm64):

docker pull ghcr.io/openbyteinc/quantdinger-backend:v5.7.5

Pin in docker-compose.ghcr.yml via IMAGE_TAG=v5.7.5 in a project-root .env.

The image is signed with Sigstore keyless signing. Verify it with:
