Work Completion Status - Silt Removal

Criteria / Logic for data:

Data will be calculated for waterbodies in each district and the data will be taken from Registration, Enrolment, Record JCB details, Record Poclain details, baseline survey and end-line survey.

District Name of District
NGO Name of NGOs related to that district
Estimated Amount of Silt Total estimated silt for all the water bodies in all the districts that is there in enrolment of each water body
Silt Excavated Total silt removed from every waterbody in all the districts (from Record JBC details and Record Poclain details from)
Percentage of Silt excavated ((Silt Excavated/ Estimated Amount of Silt) *100)
No of structures as per plan Total No of water bodies in each district
No of structures Completed Number of structures for which end-line survey is sone in each district
No of Structure In Progress Number of structures for which base-line survey is complete but end line survey is not completed in each district
Remarks Empty space (This is for user to put the comment once report is downloaded)

Filters: Date range filter. (date range will be based on the column for eg. for ‘No of structure completed/In progress/Pending’ it will be calculated on the date of baseline and end line survey. For the column ‘Silt excavated’, it will be calculated on the date of for ‘record desilting data’ form etc.)

Work Completion Status – Working Hours

Criteria / Logic for data: Data for this report will be taken from the encounters –Record JCB details, record Poclain details and end line survey. From this report user will get the information about how much work has been performed in each district

Amount of silt excavated Total how much silt is being excavated from the waterbodies in each district
No of structures completed For how many waterbodies, the work has been completed i.e. the end line survey form has been filled
Working hours of Backhoe Loaders In each district, for how many hours the JCBs have worked
Working hours of Excavators In each district, for how many hours the Poclain have worked
Total working hours Sum of the columns Woking Hours of Backhoe loaders and Working hours of Excavators
Silt excavator per hours (Backhoe) SUM of quantity of silt removed from Record JCB details encounter)/ (SUM of Working hours from Record JCB details
Silt excavator per hour (Excavator) SUM of quantity of silt removed from Record Poclain details encounter)/ (SUM of Working hours from Record Pocalin details

Criteria / Logic for data: This report will have a summary of all the issues reported from the field. Data will be taken from the Record Issues form. How many times the issue has been reported in each district.

Machine working hours - Detailed log

Criteria / Logic for data: The data needs to be pulled from JCB details form and Poclain detail form.

Number of excavators deployed Number of excavator (Poclain) working on field. Based on registration number the vehicle is being counted
Working hours of excavators In each district, for how many hours the Poclain have worked
Total silt excavated (Excavators) SUM of quantity of silt removed from Record Poclain details

This report gives the information about the beneficiaries that are getting benefits from the waterbodies in each district. And what benefits they are getting by the program.

This report gives the information about the different parameters of each waterbodies.
