SPDX Lite-Guideline ( https://github.com/OpenChain-Project/OpenChain-JWG/blob/master/subgroups/sbom-sg/outcomes/SPDX-Lite/Guideline/SPDX-Lite-Guideline_jp.md ) の見直し第二弾です。
今回は2章、3章のcreatedまでです。（2章、3章の対応する項目を並行して見直してます。）
1章までは #443 を見てください。
基本的には元の文書の意味を変えないという方針で進めていますが、created については例外的に大きく変えてます。（SPDX仕様を厳密に満たすため）
