This commit marks the final AGPL-3.0 release of OpenCognit.

Changes:
- LICENSE changed to Commercial License Agreement
- LICENSE-AGPL added for Community Edition reference
- README updated with Community Edition / Pro distinction
- Star-History badge added
- Security fixes: JWT validation, rate limiting, Docker sandbox
- PostgreSQL support: complete initial migration
- Audit logging infrastructure
- Per-tenant rate limiting
- Agent token predictability fix
- i18n migration script and ~300 inline translations fixed

All future development will continue under the OpenCognit Pro
commercial license.
