Overall, the goal is for users to be exposed primarily to content that is most relevant to them, allowing them to see more Reference Content like CIEL and LOINC, and less of all the other stuff that everyone is doing (unless that is the intended goal of the user to see other example content).

It is unclear if this will be part of V3 quite yet or to what extent.
